I just started on the hst system i have done my first 2weeks 20 reps my question is do i have to rest a week b4 i go to 15 or 10 reps and increase my weight or can i go right into it . Also i think i'm seeing results is it my mind or is it possible to see results this quick thanks for any help
 
wow 20 reps? why not start on 15 reps instead?
nope you don't have to rest... go right to it! :D
i read SOMEWHERE HERE (i'll try to find it) that the high-reps phase of the cycle will cause some hypertrophy

A number of us in here have experienced some gorwth on the high-reps- and we've also experimented with 20s as well (I think Bryan's been doing them). That's the nice thing about HST- there's a lot of room to play, within the basic framework!
