Hi all,
I've miscalculated weights for 15's and the first 4 days of the cycle have been a bit of a shambles. If I want to restart the cycle with some new weights, do I;
a.) Start again fresh on Monday (last session was on the 26th of this month)
b.) Start again on the 1st of this month (re-do the SD)
I'm thinking option a, but I'm keen to hear any feedback.
