Evening all,
I keep hearing the importance of exercising the rotator cuff and wandered what you guys suggested?
Most people seem to include it as a quick half hearted warm up, but i spoke to a physio recently (and my own reading has echoed this) that exercising this group of muscles will not only help prevent injury, but will also help push through plateaus in shoulder/ chest compound moves.
What do you think? Should i treat it as any other muscle add it to my routine and increase the weight as i go or just keep it as a warm up?
Thanks
ian
