I'm a lurker of about 2-3 weeks here, and decided to start training HST after a few DC cycles. Any criticism/input is encouraged and appreciated.

Bench - 245 (worst bencher EVER. ;P)

BF%: 10%
My cycle is M/W/F as follows:
Deadlift(alternated with squat) 2x15
Bench(will be dips as soon as my belt comes) 2x15
BB Row 2x15
Standing Military 2x15
Skullcrusher 2x15
BB Curl 2x15
after 2 weeks i will likely switch to 2x10 or 3x10, then down to 3x5 or 4x5.
