Sample diet

Just curious what you guys eat. I'm at a weight where I don't have to kill myself to lose weight fast. I'm trying to set up my diet using hsn guidlines, but whenever I eat that "many" carbs (it's only 175g) I feel fat. Maybe it's because of the high fiber content of each (oatmeal and these tortillas made of oatbran, veggies of course) or because I'm coming off a low carb diet, but whenever I bump up my carbs, I feel bloated, even in my chest. But weight doesn't change. Just wondering if it's natural or an adjustment to how I was eating.
 
I'm guessing you are coming off a cutting cycle. I had the bloating feeling problem too when I was increasing mu calories. It gets a little getting used to and yes, it's uncomfortable. But after a while you WILL get used to eating more...just tough it out for like a week or so. :)
