SD and Calories

What's the best way to calculate caloric needs/intake during SD?
 
Bodyweight times 15 works for me. Some people have to go as low as 13 x bodyweight to maintain and not gain any fat. You should probably overeat a couple days into SD though. Don't worry if you don't get the calories exactly spot on. It's only 9 days or so, you can't ruin your physique in that time period. Well, I guess you could, but it's not super likely.
 
I would think it nearly impossible to loose all of what you gain from HST (done right) within a couple weeks. I haven't lost much of what I gained after doing 2 cycles, and its probably been over a year for me. I don't have a problem with eating though.
