Perhaps, it is tempting to want to use something like that for increasing muscle mass and losing fat. But in adults, GH is much less potent that anabolic steroids for muscle mass gains. As for fat loss, there are other things you can use for faster and more drastic fat loss.
Besides, have you looked at the prices on that website? You'd be better off spending such money on steroids... if you really want to, a combination of insulin with various anabolics on a high calorie diet would be better, but you'd better be under a doctor's supervision for this.
