You're "creating an environment" of squatting 4 days a week...
You're exploiting the fact that muscles are sensitive to load increases, as such in the Smolov Jr. program, weights and reps fluctuate up and down, but always progressively heavier.
You're doing a lot of work as opposed to Dorianating your workouts, as it is believed that mechanical load is more important than perceived efforts.
So with those premises, can we conclude that I, as someone who doesn't train for bodybuilding purposes, do HST?
