Snacks

Ok, I like to snack on stuff while I read books.

Usually, its M&Ms, or Raisinettes, or Doritos (I hear the gasps of horror from you guys)

But, I have not been reading lately (its been like 6 months since I read a book)
I feel my mind turning to mush, so I want to start again.

Whats are some good snacks to munch on?

I assume the 3 things above are out.

How about raisins?
What else?

Thanks

ps - I want to start eating tuna...2 questions:
1. oil vs water, which should I get? does it matter much?
2. a coworker told me that he used to eat 1 can a day for a few months, then he noticed his "thinking" wasnt as clear, so he stopped eating it, and it got better. Mercury? Is it still an issue?

how about just food? or try getting out of the habit

Raisins will add up in energy very quickly

1) water
2) unlikely, but you cannot tell unless you have various biiochemical tests. Unlikely to be an issue from tuna alone

If you want snacks eat peanuts, raisins, fruits etc. but dont overdo it! Forget the candy or maybe you can eat it couple times in a month.

Buy your tuna with water and then and some canola or olive oil in them..and what comes to your co-worker: BS!
