Some Help for the fat boy!

Hello to all!!I'm a BIG guy frome eastern Europe that is trying to lose some weight and put on some muscle instead. I started a nutrition program - low carb - that really did me well in two weeks from 144kg(317lb-7.45oz) to 135kg(297lb-9.98oz) and going down, but i realy feel the need of a gym program. For now I do some mountain bikeing (25-30km) twice a week but it's not enough. Can you help me with a good program? Have a nice day!Mr. Big
