hi, im doing my first hst cycle and im doing it like this:
15,12,10,8,7,6,5 , 2 week negetives
i do 7 day split, i train fullbody every day
i do only 1 set per body part not to failure most of the time
i have a problem, for those who do 6-7 day split how do u split ur weights of light weights during the week, for example small muscles like delts, lets say i use only 11lbs max for 10 reps, how do u split such weight during 6-7 days, do u use same weight 2 days in a raw? or do u increase and decrease day in and day out
another question, does 1.25kg incresment is still effective or u need to increase it by more weight in order for it to be effective.
