Hey guys,
a while ago I read (not on this board) that squatting with a plate under your heels is devastating for your knees.
However, I've seen folks on this board actually suggesting using a plate under your heels. I think I could benefit from doing so too because I can't full squat with my feet flat (back will round or knees travel excessively forward).
So does anyone know more about using a plate is bad for your knees or not? Any research done on the subject?
