Strategic Deconditioning and 15s

Today was my first workout of my 3rd HST cycle and ive noticed somewhat of a trend. Each time i start my first workout of 15s, i feel like crap. Does this have to do with the strategic deconditioning or the nature of the 15s?
 
I experience a similar trend during the initial workouts of the 15's. This can be from a variety of occurences: One being excess lactic acid fermentation; this can lead to nausea. However, may I ask if you eat anything pre-workout?

Over many anecdotal experiences, I have noticed that (very non-physiological) 'Gatorade, Propel Water', sipped when needed, can easily cure this 'crap' or nausea feeling.

Oh yes, and i failed to mention that theres a good amount of DOMS the next morning.

Uh yeah, i have a protein shake before working out. I dont think i feel sick to my stomach, ie nausea, but i feel unduly exhausted.
