Biking is my primary means of transportation. So I have two concerns with HST.
1. Are there some leg exercises that I can/should omit?
2. During Strategic Deconditioning... I need to continue biking (in order to get to work, etc). I can certainly bike less, but I wouldn't be able to cut it out. Will SD work with just half my body?
