When using HST, what kind've results can one expect in terms of strength? I know it's specifically for hypertrophy, but I see you add 5-10 lbs. to your maxes each cycle. This sounds like it would provide for some fairly descent gains in strength.
Most people who are fairly new to lifting will see some pretty impressive gains in strength from cycle to cycle, but more advanced trainees will not see much in terms of strength increases (sans drugs or other ergogenic aids) from cycle to cycle.
