I've searched on this supplement on this forum and haven't found much. A PubMed search indicates there is a bit of evidence to show it has some benefits as far as endurance for exercise and recovery, reducing the effects of exercise induced stress, etc.

Anyone use it and have anything to say about it? I'm skeptical of anything beyond good eating, creatine and protein shakes for gaining mass, except of course steroids which work but have their risks, medical and legal.

Still as I said there seems to be some evidence supporting this as a useful addition to a base of supplements.
