2 weeks@ 10 reps
2 weeks@ 5 reps
2 weeks@ 5 reps of negs or repeat 5 reps
then its a break like 7 to 10 daos off to recoup .
then what ?>
another cycle , ? repeat it all with different 1 rep max's ?

i just finnished 9 weeks of german volume training so finding my 1 rep maxs will not be hard to fugure out thanks for the boards help workout is taxing on your body but , i like it . starting week 2 tommorrow ,

Don't repeat the same 5 rep cycle if you can't do negs, what you do DO is perform 2 weeks using your 5RM weights (same weight for each workout).

Take 9-14 days off, but before do, if you feel inclined you can retest your 15, 10 and 5RM maxes for the next cycle.

Alternatively, you can just intuitively increase each max by 5-15% depending on the exercise, and how easy the weight felt finishing up.

Then adter your 9-14 days off, start your new cycle with new maxes :)
