    Mocha Protein Shake

    8 oz. 1% chocolate milk
    12 oz. water
    2 scoops chocolate whey protein
    1 tsp. (rounded) espresso powder
    1 tsp. (rounded) Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
    2 cups of ice

    Blend ingredients together several minutes

    450 calories, 62g protein (depending on the brand) and tastes awesome.

    My breakfast smoothie..

    (I use a Bio-rhythm diet, so low carbs in the morning) It might seem like a lot, but I train in the morning, about 3hrs after this smoothie, so I need the cals and protein at that time

    60g of frozen blueberries
    60g of frozen summer fruits and berries
    80g frozen spinach
    200ml of whole milk
    200ml of water (or extra whole milk if bulking)
    1 kiwi
    10g of coconut oil
    90g whey powder

    Blend together.

    Cals - 680
    Prt - 82g
    Fat - 22g
    Carbs - 29g
