Hi,

is this good in volume (sets, reps exercises) or is it not enough? seems you get only about 6 sets per musclegroup per week...

Mo:
2 x squat, 2 x leg curl, 2 x bench (BB, little bit incline), 2 x Bent over row, 2 x shrugs, 2 x biceps bb curls, 2 x triceps pushdowns, 2 x calves

We:
2 x squat, 2 x leg curl, 2 x decline bench (BB), 2 x Pull downs, 2 x shrugs, 2 x biceps BB curls, 2 x triceps pushdowns, 2 x calves

Fr: as monday
Mo: as wednesday
We: as monday again
Fr: as wednesday again

if it can use some tweeking please advise...

oh i forgot

one workout i'll do 2 x shoulder press (BB) and the other workout bent over laterals...

is that good?
