This Is My First Hst

Hi all, guys. At firs sorry for my bad english. I am want to start my first HST. Please advise how to get started : exercise, reps, number of workouts in week etc.

Ty for this book. Do I understand correctly that for the first cycle I can get this routine ?
Squat 2 sets + warmup
Romanian Deadlift 1 set
Standing Calf Raises 2 sets + warmup
Flat Bench 2 sets + warmup
Weighted Dips 1 set
Bent over Rows 2 sets + warmup
Weighted Chins (i will use pull downs) 1 set
Military Press 2 sets + warmup
BB Shrug 1 set
BB Curl 1 set
Tricep Extensions 1 set
and do it 3 times at week. 2 week 15 reps, 2 week 10 reps, 2 week 5 reps, and 2 week with 5 reps weights?
