So I've been working on my thoracic extension and working on my posture. It's been going great and my shoulders, chest and neck have all been improving. Sometimes though when I do thoracic extension stretches I get this pop from the middle of my chest. it feels fine, even good, like when you pop your back. It doesn't happen on queue, basically just when I have been overly hunched in for too long. Any idea on what's going on?
