same routine as mondays sessions. 10reps, 15-20 second pause, 10 reps... putting me close to failure.
increased the weights i thought i could handle more of, and kept some lifts the same

Bench 140 (+5)
Shoulder press 43 (+3) and im an idiot so instead of 10+10 it was 15+7+2
LAt pulldown 92.5 (+2.5)
LEg extension 122.5 (+2.5)
Curl 70 (same) - idk why my curling is so weak latly :/
Tricep pulldown 62.6 (+2.5)
Calf raise 132.5 (+2.5)
Forearm curl 38 (same)
Leg press 350 (+10)
ABs 18 (+5)
SLDL 160 (same)
