I put together a spreadsheet to track changes in weight and body fat that automatically calculates your fat and lean mass values. You can use any method to calculate your body fat percentage but it is set up for a single site suprailliac skinfold measurement. Which may not be the most accurate for true body fat measurement but it works great for tracking relative change in body fat percentage.
This is the model I use: Accu-Measure Fitness 3000
You can purchase them for about $15 at various on-line stores.
The spreadsheet is protected so you can only enter values in the date, skinfold, bodyfat percentage and total body weight fields and it will automatically calculate the others for you. If you want to unprotect the spreadsheet to change something the password is: password
Hopefully this will be usefull to someone.
