Training 3days 2x a week

I just finished my first cycle with great gains, up 4 pounds with no body fat, but i was really wondering about my next cycle, i wanted to try training twice a day. No would you do say, one set of bench in the morning and one in the afternoon? or like your 2 sets of bench in the morning with 2 sets in the afternoon? And i read bryan's post about doing like exercises in the morning and afternoon(same ones) and i was wondering if that was only for major or minor body parts? like could i get away with incline curls in the morning 2sets, and 2 sets of hammer curls at night?
 
Tyler, here is the routine I am using 4 days per week this cycle:

AM:
Incline bench press
Chin ups
Shoulder press
French press
Squats

Mid Day:
Pull ups

PM:
Dips
Seated rows
Shrugs
Curls
Leg press


Priority is on lats. One set for each exercise. 1 week 15's and 10's, 2 weeks 5's and 2 weeks 5's plus drop sets.

4 sets of curls twice per day sounds like too much to me. I just do one set of curls per day. If arms in general are what you are trying to emphasize, you would do better to work the triceps a bit harder than biceps as they constitute the bulk of arm size.
 
I agree. Four sets for the same small muscle group sounds like a lot. Especially since you have had so much success already with, presumably, less volume. Don't be too eager to jump into heavy volume. Once you do, you can't go back.
