Hello, i'm new to this program. but i need some help

i have a 44 inch chest and i'm only 16 and i don't want it any bigger i want to gain mass in my legs, arms and shoulders mainly. is there any way i could gain mass is thoses areas , without gaining any in my chest?
 
You could try doing things like tricep extensions and plain old curls. Squats for legs. There are plenty of exercises that you can do to avoid hitting your chest.

If you aren't going to train for size, then just do higher rep, lower weight work for your chest and upper back - stick to 15s or 10s.

For your arms, legs and shoulders, train them HST style.
