1st time post.
My background is in power lifting and was always in fair shape until about 5 years ago then just started eating everything that's not good for someone like me that gains fat by looking at a cheeseburger.
Anyway I just started lifting again after about a year layoff and can probably squat 315 bench 250 and dead 315 right now at a fat 200lb btw.......I'm 5'5"
I'm looking for a good BB routine to get back in some shape other than round. The only cardio I do is racquetball 3 times a week.
