Transformation of Stain

    Yeah I understand, I'm pretty new to the whole HST and a bit lost.

    I was thinking of doing

    BENCH
    SEATED CABLE ROWS
    SQUATS (ALTERNATE WITH DEADS)
    BB SHOULDER PRESS
    DB SHRUGS
    TRI CABLE EXTENSION
    EZ CURLS
    CHINS
    DIPS
    CALF RAISES.

    Maybe SS the calf raises with something. However looking at it, looks a bit too much? 2 weeks of 15's, 10's, 5's, then a week of 3's or something?

    You seem clued up and you're obviously seeing results from it, so anything you can shed light on would be ace.

    I just realized there's another post on here.... hope you didn't wait for me to get back to this and have already started on this... honestly, it looks good. What matters is you sticking to it... (assuming adequate caloric intake)... and results will show. Second time around, if you want to improve something, you'll know it. Have fun!
