G Gallaman New Member Oct 19, 2004 #1 I have tons of strength in my legs and can deadlift and squat a lot. My upper body is definately lagging behind. I want to gain strength in my bench press, bent over rows, military presses and curls. Any suggestions?

Anyways I've built considerable strength over 2 years of lifting--roughly a 275-285 bench press, 400 squat, 450 deadlift. I need to get those upper body lifts up--the bench, military, curls and rows. thanks for the replies
