very first diet plan

Hi Guys! This my first time to go on a diet. I'm trying to cut by doing HST 5x / week. What should my diet be like? Basically, i'm eating the same thing everyday so it's easy to keep track. For 175 lbs, my BMR is 1925-2100 (Option 1) or 2290 (Option 2). How much calories should i aim for? Should i aim for below BMR?
Currently, my diet is around 1900 calories / day
Carbs - 150 grams (36% of total calories)
Protein - 179 grams (42%)
Fats - 47 grams (22%)
I'm on a really tight budget so i'm trying to eat what i could buy from the supermarket as much as possible. I eat the following everyday:
1 cup oats
6 eggs (3 yolks)
1 Tuna Loaf (26g carbs, 18g protein, 3g fats) - makes eating tuna easier
400 g Chicken breast fillet
1 cup brown rice
1 tbsp olive oil
Post-WO shake (23g protein, 23g carbs)

Cool, someone from the Philippines, HST is really catching on. Any other friends or people you know do HST?

Anyhoo, you can stick to eating at your maintenance level. No need to eat less since you are lifting weights 5x a week. Actually, with that kind of activity, you can afford to eat slightly above your maintenance level.
