i just read ridgely's article concerning the overall volume when doing a cycle of HST.
My question is about the total # of sets during the 5s.
One of the things Ridgely advices is to do 1 set for 15s 2 sets for 10s and 3 sets for 5s. However, the HST website tells us to do only 1-2 sets per exercise. Which should I follow?
wouldn't you reach failure when doing 3 sets of 5s?
