    Hi, I've recently found HST and have been wanting to try it for a while. I have lifting experience using Starting Strength and wanted to change it. How does this routine look?

    Here is my workout
    A Workout
    Squat
    Flat BB Bench
    Chin Ups (weighted)
    Overhead Press
    Shrugs
    Dips (weighted)

    B Workout
    Deadlift
    Incline DB Bench
    Pull Ups (weighted)
    Overhead Press
    Pendlay Rows
    Skull Crushers

    I've found my 15/10/5 max's, but I'm not sure how many sets to do...1 set of 15, and 2 sets of 10 & 5? Or 2 sets of 15/10/5?

    Cut the pullups from the B Workout. Rows and Deads will take care of the back on those days.

    Do 2 sets during each rep block for your first cycle.

    So there's 6 workouts of 15s, 6 of 10s, 6 of 5s, then 2 weeks working at 5RM trying to increase it and/or negatives.
