Hi, I've recently found HST and have been wanting to try it for a while. I have lifting experience using Starting Strength and wanted to change it. How does this routine look? Here is my workout A Workout Squat Flat BB Bench Chin Ups (weighted) Overhead Press Shrugs Dips (weighted) B Workout Deadlift Incline DB Bench Pull Ups (weighted) Overhead Press Pendlay Rows Skull Crushers I've found my 15/10/5 max's, but I'm not sure how many sets to do...1 set of 15, and 2 sets of 10 & 5? Or 2 sets of 15/10/5?
