What is the best protein after Workout?

Would be egg powder a good choice?It is carb and fat free,quite slow,and prevents milk or lactose intolerances
(as the pre workout must be whey because it is quick).

Also:
Milk's casein (the natural casein contained in fresh milk)is the micellar one?

And last thing: I cant find HSN primer or driver in Italy,even Olympian's catalague doesn't list them.Where to buy then without be taxed too much?Is there something similar that I can buy in Italy?

I don't know about egg powder, but if you're going to use it as a
post workout shake I would add some carbs (dextrose or maltodextrin)
and milk or cottage cheese (casein)
you might have a pretty good post workout shake.

You could also use your whey protein and add the same.

Eat again in a few hours and IMO you would be covered.

Hey it beats a tuna / cottage cheese shake

Try this for a post-workout shake:

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (or 1 6-oz container fat free fruit yogurt)
1 scoop protein
2 ice cubes
3 strawberries (or some other fruit you like)

Mix in blender for 15-20 seconds.

About 350 calories, 35g protein, 52g carb (add more fruit to increase), 2.5g fat, quickly digested & tastes great. You can adjust the yogurt & fruit to play w/ carb/calorie amounts too.
