I am just wanting 2 know wot the exact basis/theory is behind the hst training method,i dropped onto this website through a link,and am now very intrigued but cant seem to find a full explanation help much appreciated
cheers for that, mush clearer now, I have only been training for 6 months, on a basic 4 day a week programme training each body part once a week,i have had some good strength gains, and have gained 7lb, but over the last few weeks have come to a standstill is this the right time to try hst?
Welcome Andrew. If mass gains are your goal, HST is what you want. Can`t recommend it enough. Be sure not to neglect the nutritional aspects (HSN) if you want to make the most out of your time in the gym. Hope you give a cycle a try. It`s the silver bullet for plateaus.
