Whey Protein

I´ve never had it clear what is the ideal amount of grams of whey protein to consume at one sitting. Some even say that 30 grams is the max that the body will use at one time, but I think that's crap. After my workouts I slurp down 50 grams of whey protein, plus have my carbs and milk, which add about 10 more grams of protein.

Do you guys know what is the best amount of grams to use at one time?
 
IF you take in 100g of protein, your body will digest it all.

Your body wont use it all unfortunately, but then again, it wont use all of hte protien if you ate 10g at a time
