Okay , i work out with a few guys. and well we've been having a disargeement over which is better. seated shoulder press or standing should press. So i'm going to ask people who probably know more then us. So which is better? (i prefer seated dumbell press)
i think you posted in the wrong area..
but anyway.. i prefer seated because when the dumbells get really heavy during the 5s... i don't think i would be able to lift those up when standing.
For shoulder isolation, seated, whether it be BB or DB, is more effective. For strength building, standing is better. Stay away from behind the neck presses. Always press from the front or side.
