Why doesnt Boris Kleine get his procard?

im not really sure on how the process works and ive never seen a toe to toe comparison between him and other NPC competitors but i would think he would be able do pretty well in america if he wins almost every show he enters in europe.
why hasnt he competed in any IFBB events?

Admin moved your post here because it fits better in General, since it is related to HST training specifically. I'm just guessing, though.

As to your question, I don't know about Borris. I'd love to know the answer too!
