working out calorie intake??

can people please help me out. im planning my first HST cycle from next week and am now attempting to determine my calorific needs to increase my muscle mass.
my height is 6ft (182.5cm)
weight is 77.5kgs (170.5lbs)
active person, going to betraining 3 x week HST (mon wed + fri doing a am/pm split)
cardio/fat burn on tues thurs and sat
can anyone suggest how i can determine my calorific needs at present, and im guessing i should consume about 400-500 extra calories inittially in my cycle?

any calculators/formulas/general infor and help is much appreicated !!
