Are there any issues with taking Xenadrine before a morning workout to get that extra caffeine boost? I'm talking about taking the correct dosage and being smart about it. I know if I plan on using Flax oil the caffeine isn't a good thing. I'll most likely use fish oil instead. Just want to see if anyone else uses it for the energy boost?
oops, before anyone says it, I know this should've gone in the Supplement section. Anyway, any input would be nice!
