Yet *another* creatine question

I'm about to start supplementing with creatine, but have what is probably a silly question. I'm on a 2X/day, 3X/week schedule. Assuming I take 5G/day, is there any benefit to partitioning this dose into two 2.5G doses, to be taken after each workout? I'd probably prefer to take the 5G dose in one shot on my off days, if only for convenience, although if there's a good reason to partition then, I'd be happy to hear it. What do y'all think?

No benefit by partitioning it; partitioning isn't really needed since the the turnover of creatine and phosphocreatine to creatinine is something like <2%/day.

Plus, one 5g/serving is easier...could even go with less after your initial loading phase :)
 
You could also, if you wish, reduce the frequency by taking only on training days. It takes many days for cre levels to reduce so you are ok taking it on a less-frequent basis. Nice side benefit is that your supply lasts longer. ;)
