    2) Being able to move my furniture around all by myself

    Overall fitness and wellbeing is my main goal. 10 % bodyfat is another goal. Healthy food and good training and a lot of fun.

    Once you get used to this lifestyle, there is no return. I simply feel like crap in general when not working out.
