I'd like to know everyones results with the primer and driver proteins for HST. I just got mine and am very excited to start taking it. Just looking to find what expectations I can look forward to.
The only objective way is to measure your muscle gains sans Primer/Driver, then on another cycle, measure your muscle gains with P&D.
To be honest, one cannot say for sure how much more muscle you would gain from using P&D as directed. But I dare say up to 1/3 of my muscle gain is due to the use of P&D. This is just a guesstimate on my part.
