    what are the best foods

    Hi all, Just wondered what people suggest for the best foods to eat. I am relatively new to HST and not sure on the best foods for my diet. I am trying to bulk up and fit in 5-6 meals a day. Any advice on what to put in those meals?! I currently weigh 75kg and 6'1". thanks in advance.
