    Thanks for the replies fellas. I'm gonna hit arms only this week and do a upper/lower split until it is time for SD. It would be hard for me to stay away form the iron until the New Year. Don't wanna get weak now do we!

    your results with HST...

    I just finished my first cycle and gained 10#. ...put on a little fat, but I kicked the eats up pretty good. After being skeptical...I'm now a believer! Good program Mr. Haycock.

    Bodyweight Exercises

    If you want to keep dips and pullups in your routine, you can break the reps up and add a set or two. (1x15 = 2x7 or 8, 3x5...etc.) One rep + or - on 15 is not the end of the world....I don't think Mr. Haycock will hunt you down and do you bodily harm. Anyone else chime in and throw your .02...

    The Heaviest dunbell is not enougth for my rows

    why not load one end of a barbell and use it like a t-bar row? I forgot to add that if there is concern with the bar chewing on the floor, or moving around too much, you can make a cradle for the bar out of some wood blocks....nuthin' fancy.
