    Yes. Working isolations on the biceps and such will put relatively little stress on the CNS. Frank Zane used to bring up a lagging body part by working that one body part exclusively every day for 2 weeks. This is an extreme example of your hypothesis.

    Get a couple of rubbermaid containers at walmart and do as above. But I don't see anything wrong with pre-mixing. Think about all the ready to drink shakes out on the market.
