    Shortest effective cycles

    I'm looking to build more muscle as well as cut some body fat. Anyone have any ideas how short I can make my cycles and still work?     Insanely low LBM?

    I don't know dude. I was measured the other day at my gym and I came in at 16% and you look leaner. But then again, it might just be your speedo.

    Enough Protein?

    Sometimes I have trouble getting enough protein daily but I do get enough calories. What happens without the protein? Will I just get fat?
