    I drink 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of milk during workout

    Besides the fact that it would probably make me puke, I don't see anything the matter with it. Other opinions?

    Ironagers diets, why use todays methods?

    I know that adding a PWO protein shake with maltodextrin helped my recovery immensely over a traditional whole meal. That's good enough for me.

    how big is everyone?

    Short and light... 5'7" or so... maybe a 1/4" exaggeration there :) and about 170 lbs at the moment. Need to drop a few but have been taking a break due to a nagging shoulder injury. Looking forward to learning more about HST.
