    All Sunday long!!!! I really got to enjoy my Sundays. I generally went 500 to 1000 cal over maintainence on Sundays. My days were 1700, 1900, 2500, 1700, 1900, 1200, 37-4200. I was also lifting and doing cardio six days a week during this cycle.
