@Aaron
So are you saying, it is as good to just eat 2 times a day compared to 5 times?
Or are you just saying it isn't proven scientificly, that 5 meals a day are the way to go.
I mean it would make the day a lot more easy to eat 2 big meals and maybe a little breakfast and post-workout.

Merry Christmas Bryan and a happy new year!
I've got an idea to the email-thing:
Maybe you could make a forum for questions and answers. There you could put every email question, which is about HST, with your answer.
Maybe you get answered a couple less emails like this, because it takes a...
1800kcal is very low to start with, even at your weight. I'd go for 2500kcal and then see what happens.
If you don't gain, up 'em to 3000kcal.
If you gain very fast, don't mind and go on with 2500kcal, because your body really need some more bodyweight.
I always begin to feel tired during training, when having a preworkout shake with simple carbs.
Eat a good meal with lots of slowly/avarage digesting carbs and lots of protein 1,5-2 hours before training and you don't need any Preworkout shake, because there are enough carbs and protein...
Be carefull when you switch excersises. The new excersise should at least put as much strain on the muscle than the previous or else you have the RBE problem even if you increase the weight.

I don't see any reason why to take a pre-workout shake, except you train early in the morning.
Eat a good meal 1,5-2 hours before training. Then there will be enough carbs and protein in the blood.

HDL 38 36
Dont mind about those to points of decrease. It's nothing.
LDL 126 147
VLDL 49 19
Total LDL 175 166
So you actually got a decrease in LDL.
Besides a minor deviation is common.
There is a topic in the FAQ about Zigzagging.
RM means rep max.
So 5RM means a weight that you can lift 5 times before you reach concentric failure.
60% of 5RM means 60% of the weight that you can lift 5 times.
For example can you lift 100kg 5 times in bench press. 60% of that would be 60kg...
