    I've got no problems doing squats and deads on the same day. I even deadlift what I squat, which gets hard toward the max 5, but not impossible. I think he means doing squats and leg curls one day, then leg press and deadlifts the next. But like I said, squats and deads can be done together...

    Drink 16 oz before leaving to work out. Take a gatoraid with you. Drink some gatoraid before starting, then throughout until the end. If that doesn't work, aspirin prior to working out might.

    No, any whey powder will do. I use GNC brand its cheaper but not so cheap it tastes bad, the chocolate tastes great actually. There's plenty of websites selling all brands of protein out there for pretty dang cheap tho. If you're willing to gag down some of that stuff. Pre/post workout drink...

    You'll have the muscle memory to return to where you were fairly quickly if you were to begin training again. And I doubt you'll ever get to 7000 cals unless you plan on going past 400 lbs. I eat 3600 at 205 to bulk.

    Eat your bodyweight x 19 to gain. And enjoy it, yeah you'll get some belly on you but you can cut it down easily considering the muscle you gained just raised your metabolsim even more. What I do is I bulk for 2 cycles then cut for 2, etc..
