    If I ate what I wanted I'd definately hit a good 4000 easily. I'd still get 200g protein but 200g or more of fat and 300g carbs too. Dieting is not fun for me, I wish I could hit 2100 w/o thinking. Are you sure you're at 2100? It doesn't take much "healthy" food to get past that.

    Pure creatine monohydrate is all you need, the sodium based transport slows down once the cells are loaded with creatine, there's no way to make them faster or load them past the max. Anything else added is a waste of money. Dextrose has another function though thats somewhere in the faq.

    Who says you need CLA's to lose weight? I'm willing to bet organic milk has a lot of CLA's but you'd probably have to get the whole milk to do any good. CLA suppliments are too expensive and I'm still not sure if the effect is all that significant.

    I figured out one way with some experimenting on fitday, a couple extra servings of oatbran will do it, or 4 slices of bread. Thats gonna be almost 40g of fiber a day lol. EDIT: Found that 1 banana and 1 apple thrown in there daily will fix the problem totally.

    After 3 days now using Fitday.com I've discovered that I'm taking in no where near the carbs I thought I was. Instead of carbs-fat-protein being 40-30-30 I'm at 29-34-39 or something similar. Thought I'd try and up the carbs and lower the fat some today but not sure how. Yes I'm being anal again.

    Calorie Deficit and Protein

    Good point, I kinda thought I was being anal about it. I pulled off 2300 cals yesterday and got 205g, that fitday.com helped me a ton.
